Our founder/CEO, Adam Sarhan, began investing as a teenager. He launched his first company in 2004 from his dorm room in grad school with one mission: Help Investors Thrive In All Market Conditions.
Are you always a fiduciary, and will you state that in writing?
Yes and our client’s interests always come first.
What are your fees?
We believe in providing superior service at a fair rate. Our annual fee for portfolio management services is negotiable and varies between 0.25% – 2.00%, depending upon the market value of your assets under our management, the type and complexity of the asset management services provided, as well as the level of administration requested either directly or assumed by the client. Our annual portfolio management fee is billed and payable, at the beginning of each quarter, based on the balance at the end of each billing period.
Does anybody else ever pay you to advise me and, if so, do you earn more to recommend certain products or services?
No. We work for you and are paid by you, no one else.
Do you participate in any sales contests or award programs creating incentives to favor particular vendors?
Will you itemize all your fees and expenses in writing?
Yes and our fees are negotiable.
Will you consider charging by the hour or retainer instead of an annual fee based on my assets?
Yes, we always do what is best for you.
Do you earn fees as adviser to a private fund or other investments that you may recommend to clients?
Are There Any Additional Costs?
Absolutely not! Our firm only charges a flat fee based on the services rendered. We do not get paid commissions for selling you any financial product.

We believe in excellent customer service. Every member of our team is taught to serve and put our clients first. Everything we do is based on one simple question: Is This Good For Our Clients? If the answer is yes, we do it. If not, we don’t. It is that simple. Our clients are given direct access to our founder and are provided with a private customer service team 24/7. Additionally, your account will be held in your name at the brokerage firm of your choice. This provides you with an extra level of transparency and allows you to see and access your account 24/7.
How Do We Communicate?
We communicate which ever way you prefer. We are always accessible during normal market hours to our clients and can be reached via phone, email or in person. Our clients are given direct access to our founder and are provided with a private customer service team via email 24/7. Additionally, your account will be held in your name at the brokerage firm of your choice. They are also available 24/7 to answer any account related questions you may have.
Am I Able To See My Account? Is There Transparency?
We believe in 100% transparency with our clients. All your accounts are held in your name at any brokerage firm you want. This allows you to always see everything that happens in your account 24/7. Additionally, you are free to add/withdraw funds anytime you want.
Where Will My Assets Be Held?
Your account(s) will be held in your name at any brokerage firm you choose. We do not have custody over your account or collect commissions of any sort. We charge a fixed fee for managing your assets based on a strategy that you choose. If asked, we suggest low-cost reputable brokerage firms in the independent space, such as: TD Ameritrade or Fidelity.
Do You Have Any Complaints Or Disciplinary Items On Your Record?
Not at all! We take great pride in serving our clients and maintaining a perfect record. Feel free to look us up on FINRA’s Broker Check, the SEC, or anywhere else for that matter.
Do You Have Client References?
Yes, client references are always available upon request.
What Happens If I Want To Leave?
You are free to leave anytime you want. You are always in full control of your money at all times. We do not have lockups or any holding periods of any sort. If you are unhappy for any reason, you are free to leave by simply contacting your broker and de-linking your account. It is that simple. All we ask is that you give us the courtesy of letting us know ahead of time.
How Do I Add More Money?
Simply point and click. Since every account we manage for you will be held in your name, at any brokerage firm you choose, you have the ability to add funds anytime you want. Simply contact your brokerage firm and add more funds to your account. We ask you notify us whenever there are any material changes to the assets in your account so we can adjust the strategy accordingly.
